Check-in time is 13h00 and check-out time is 11h00 - do not hesitate to make special arrangements with management if required, we will do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible from your arrival until your departure.

Rates are per person per night. All prices are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR), and include VAT (14%). We reserve the right to change daily rates without prior notice.

Payments can be made by cash (Rands), Visa, MasterCard or Bank Transfer.

Provisional bookings are held for 48 hours, and unless a deposit is paid, will thereafter lapse.

To secure bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay is payable upon reservation.

A deposit of 50% of the full stay is required to confirm and secure your booking. The balance of the stay will be payable on arrival. All extra expenses such as drinks, telephone and laundry are due on departure. A shuttle service is payable in cash only.

If guests shorten their stay, it is at the management’s discretion to charge the full amount of their stay.

Cancellation prior to arrival will incur cancellation fees as follows:

In the event of premature departure or a "no show", the full extent of stay as originally booked will be due. Refunds and waiver of cancellation are at the discretion of the management and subject to the ability to re-let the suite.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 years unless the whole house is reserved by the same party.

For hygienic matters we cannot welcome your pet.

Smoking in the rooms is not allowed.
